I made this family after multiple attempts and it seems to work in the family editor, but once I load it in a project, I cannot change any parameter. (Even the ones with no formula) I get a "Can't make type error" Can someone please tell me what the problem is? Thank you

I’m sorry, but I’m not sure what all of these parameters supposed to do (just too much for my head tonight, lol), but I’m guessing you want columns to be fixed in size (18”x18” ) and be able to change the overall length and the number of columns and filler supposed to span from column to column (no gaps). I simplified the formulas and used nested family for the filler. They are easier to control.

As a side note, Generic Model Line Based template works very nice for the application like this one – a note for the future.
