Probably a silly question, and the first time I've posted on this forum but I do have a question regarding a project I'm currently working on.
I'm helping model a concession stand at my high school and under the windows (See the files that is attached) there's a slight ledge under those windows. However, I have no idea for the life of me how to create just small ledges for the model. Does anyone know how I can do so simply and concisely?
P.S. the material is the same as what's used in the wall.

A small ledge? That material looks like block!
OK. Use a wall sweep. From your HELP:
