I have to take a narrow section out of the center of my 3 story condo building.
Once the section has been removed I want to bring the two halves back together.
How do I select the entire building, contents and all?
Or is there another way?
Need help fast.

its not easy in revit..cus many object might be links...depends on how the model was built...my suggestion are.....
1) Save a back-up copy!!!
2) Delete the portion
3) Group the portion/part you want to more,
4) Pray + close bizzilin warning window that pops up...
hope that helps

Thanks for the input.
I did save a copy before I started,
then took a slice out of the building
then went 3d, selected everything on right side of building
went to 2d to fine tune and "move"
then went back to 3d, selected everything on left side of building
went to 2d to fine tune and "move"
and so dragged the two halves back together.
My wife will wonder why I have more grey hair than I did when she left this morning.
Now comes the long process of tweekking and making sure everything is okay...
lots of elements in this building including decks, complex roof, stairs, groups, elevator, yada yada
chock full of stuff...was this close to getting final on all floor plans.
