Hey etrod1968,

Need a little more information, but I think i have encountered the issue you have mentioned below.

How sparing are your text boxes? I find that when i make the boxes as small as possible when I zoom out or edit they then change by adding another line.

Prehaps make the boxes a little more generous will solve the problem like it did for me. Smile

If this is not the issue please tell me more about it and I'll try and help you out.

Kind Regards,

This is only a problem if you are using hard returns and tabs to fomat the text.  We all wish Revit had better text formatting but it doesn't. Use the built in numbering/bullets and only use hard returns at paragraph/number breaks.  If you want an extra line between numbered items, then use two columns of text - one for the text and one for the numbers.   This is a pain but still easier than fixing line breaks.
