Has anyone figured out a way to add sheet numbers that can automatically update when you add or remove a sheet? SHEET NO. 1 OF 30 SHEET NO. 2 OF 30 SHEET NO. 3 OF 30 Post edited on 2005-01-13 11:45:38

I am resurrecting this original question from a while back to see if anyone has figured this out since it was originally posted. I am currently redoing my title blocks and would like to be able to add an automatic numbering of sheets in the set as noted, i.e. "Sheet 1 of 30, Sheet 2 of 30..."

so if you add or remove sheets is it still going to be out of 30?? i can't see an automatic way of doing this... you could add 30 to your title sheet and manually through the drawing list you can add a number...

I am trying to link to project files together, and create one integrated index.  The team made a project filr for the north building and one for the south.  They are both in one CD set... so I need floor plans for  norht to follow south..  ceiling plans nrth then south etc.  i also need to type in consultants sheets....

Oh and I am a newb to Revit as well as this forum... i.e. this is my first task in revit.

 Thanks....
