HI there. I have been working on window and door schedules and legends. the Schedules Im all over it. Its the legends I need shelp with. Previously I just used elevation markers to creat the legends, then i discovered the legend elevations. My question however, I use alot of linked models and sometimes i need to schedule the windows and doors in them. is there a way to set up a legend to automatically generate the elevations as the links get put in? the same as what a keynote legend automatically builds its self with the keynotes you used.  Alternatively if you have a better and faster way of creating W & D legends I would appreciate the help/advice.

You can only add familes that are loaded into the project into a legend. Just load those families into the project. Families from linked models aren't going to cut it.
