I'm creating our own keynote legend that references the text file I created, no problem. In CAD some of our keynotes have the description of the item and then references a details call out, using the detail callout symbol. For example
Spiral Stair, See Detail (insert detail call out symbol here)
Is there a way to insert a detail callout into the keynote legend? Or a workaround that would still allow me to have the detail callout symbol?

Sorry - there is no way to do what you want in a keynote legend.
