When I try to open a selected project a box with "Software problem" appears. Other projects work ok. How can I rectify this issue. I am using 2013 version.

Had you previously been able to open this project?

Yes It was operating last night. It has only happened when I tried to open the project this morning.

First - Opening a project by double clicking on the file is not recommended practice.

Your file is corrupted somehow.  If you have a good backup, then use that.   If you are on subscription, you can have autodesk look at the file.

Thank you for the responses.

We spent time trying to resolve the problem but in the finish we redraw the project. We spent about 3 hrs trying to recover the corrupted file and in the finish spent 4 hrs redrawing it from scratch. It was a reminder of weighing the time spent recovering a file compared to how long it would take to start again from scratch. A lesson relearnt.
