Is there a way that when doing a simple schedule documenting the unit type, unit #, and
area that I can manipulate the area down by a certain amount? Concept is that we do not want to present the revit room unit area
to the client, so we want to reduce it by 10 square feet (or another number).
Is there a way to reasonably accomplish this?
Thanks very much!

You can do this with a calculated parameter or a project parameter. The first method affects all rooms and the second one is just a user editable field that automatically adds the 'SF' suffix. See image.
