Hello,

I downloaded toleits from Kohler and inserted them into revit. I have done thes on all  previous projects. But now they are shoing up as appearing as elevations on my plan view. How do I correct this?

These are now face based - not level.  When you place, look at the options you have for where to place in the menu at the top.
