Hi all,

Im trying to create a 3d view that resembles my callout sketch of a corridor plan.

Please see image attached.

As you can see, the 3d view extends past my crop of the corridor and shows to the extent of the rectangular crop region (I dont want this). I only want to see the corridor in 3d. how do i achieve this?

Cheers

Andy

First of all I see 'scope boxes' all over the place. I hope they are all aloocated correctly.

Your explaination and images are a little confusing. I'm not quite getting what the problem is exactly.

I can't see the plan callout you speaking of.

To see the 3D version of a callout Right click the 3D view cube > orient to view > section > callout > click the callout view.

Then swivle around.

For the most part you can select the 3D Section box and then stretch it in / out or up / down as you please.

I would turn off the crop regen if you are in 3D view and just turn on 3D section box like dgcad said. Then just size the section box to what you want to show. If you want to add any text to the 3d view then just lock the view and add whatever you want.
