anyone worked out best way to use a sysem which justifies grids to severeal 'scope box'

for instance- at one point it cleans the dges nicely-  the grids line uo

BUT

when i use interior Scope boxes i get continuos grids that dont clean uo automatically at these core type zreas of the design
