When I try loading a conceptula mass into my project I recieve this warning:
While loading 'random mass': Mass families may only be loaded into projects or families created from "Pattern Based", "Generic Model Adaptive", or "Mass" templates.
What is happening, what am I doing wrong?

It sounds like you started with the wrong template when making your family. Which did you use?

I'm teaching a training course and we just had the same issue. we started with a mass family and made a pretty funky object of several shapes blended together. upon loading it into the project we had that error. since we started with the proper mass family (or so we think) i can't figure out why this error is popping up.
