Hello

In our office we like to tag storefronts and curtain walls as part of the window schedule. We realize that in Revit these items are considered walls and are taged as such. Our work-around has been to create a new wall tag that resembles a window tag which works well in plan (we havent begun to see how this affects scheduling yet. Im sure it will be fun!) But after taging a few of our curtain walls and storefronts, our new modified tag has now become the default for taging the walls. This becomes annoying when we have more interior walls and they are taged with our work-around storefront tag. 

Is there a way to change the defaulting wall tags in revit as needed?

Annotate  tab / the dropdown bar under the tag area / loaded tags and symbols / find the wall dropdown and pick the one you need.

Revit defaults to the last one used.
