I am also having problems with this, I have a 3D model in AutoCAD and have given it a material in AutoCAD renders fine in AutoCAD, but it renders as a default in Revit.

Tried imoprt into a family and upload, FailedTried importing as an in-place mass, Failed

I dont understand how you can assign a material in AutoCAD so that It renders that Colour in Revit

I konw it's possible because a fair few families on this site work on that principle.

Just wondering what im missing

Kardiff, there are dozens and dozens of threads about this same issue, me and Erland we just post in the past severeal of them here in forum, please try to search "Sketchup models" and you will find...
