I'm am trying to see the pattern of a material so i can rotate it (to rotate the apperiance pattern) but it's missing. i trying to change the display, change the pattern and change the pattern from drafting to model and vice versa, lots of times.
what should i do to see the pattern and then rotting it?(my final purpose is to rotate the apperiance pattern)

Revit will not show surface patterns on topography period - you can find that answer in your help.
You could play around with rotating the moel image in the material editor but that would be a real pain.
Maybe this area could be a slab?
Photoshop?

"Slab" means floor? or structure>foundation>slab? (i never tried it)
