On occasion, when you are in the situation of connecting to something you have already drawn. The element you are connecting to disappears, and not when the size you are making it is unavailable, and the family becomes that strange-looking detail line thing (like if you were in course display or something). It just vanishes, right before your eyes... like some kind of awful magic trick, =).  This happens with SysQue, and Revit running alone.

        --Situation Example--

You have a Tee in a vertical drop, and you have both the End's connected, but not the branch yet. You go to draw a pipe to the tee, and *POOF*... gone.

Possible Solution: I found a lot of the time if you "Pin" the element that keeps disappearing on you, and try to reconnect 9/10 times it fixes this issue. This doesn't always work, but it is my first "go-to" solution that i try when this does happen to me.
