Is there a way to link a CAD file from a website into Revit on a sheet? It has to be linked so that it will update automatically with the changes made to it from the website and it has to be on the website so that it can be accessible for several users to update and edit throughout the design process.

Look at how that works for you.  When you use an Xref, how is that mapped in the CAD file?

If I'm not mistaken, the file is shared but the mapping doesn't really get you there.   I think there would be no difference with Revit.  If you can map to the xref in CAD, then you can map to the CAD from Revit.

Are CAD's Xref's automatically changed when the Xref is changed?...NO, the latest is loaded when you open or reload.   Same with Revit.
