Hello

Dose anyone know how to change the numbering system so that the schedule may follor a sequence other than A, B, C, ... or 1, 2, 3,... in particular we need something like C01, C02, C03... to maintain our office standards.

Please Help

Revit will start you with those number styles (A,B,C, etc) but you can click on annotation or modify value in Properites Window to match your standards. By modifying the value in your Properties window or instance element with C01, Revit will make the succeeding number C02, C03, etc.

Apologies...I just reread your subject, you were interested in customizing your Revision Numbers. I believe I gave you a method for customizing numbering for other annotative elements (grids, doors, etc). To do what you are interested in doing, you might want to follow the tip from Veng Leong as documented from her blog here:

The last Practice that I had worked for had the same problem with the numbering of revisions to office standards.

Thank You, that link was very helpful and answered my question.
