I inherited a project with a topo may that has a subregion. The topo's material is "Grass" and the subregion is "Asphalt". The color of their shaded values are set to green and gray. Neither color is showing up when the visual style of the view is set to shaded or any other setting that shows color, or when the view is rendered photorealistically. They both show as the same color gray.
As a sanity check, I opened another project and changed the material settings and they rendered as expected, so as far as I can tell, I'm not doing anything silly. I also checked the VG settings and there aren't any overrides.
Is there something else I should be investigating?

Never mind. Newb mistake. Topo was created under Existing phase and the views were New Construction so everything existing was rendered gray.
