Hello,
Hope you're well. I keep getting this error message (see attached) every time I try to download a component. This has been ongoing for the last 10 or so hours. Kindly advice on how best to address it.
PS: I'm using Revit Architecure 2011

Proceed to the window titles Downloading File and right click on Click Here highlighted words and download the file to your desktop..

It is opening up the RFA family in your internet browser software. You want the rfa file to be copied to your desktop. Can you do that? (You should be able to by right clicking on it a saving it there). Once its on your desktop double clicking on it should open it in Revit (assuming you have Revit on your computer and assuming your computer recognises the RFA file as a revit family file).

I tried what you suggested; it failed on firefox but upon changing the browser (google chome) it worked just fine.
