2016 version (student). Popup windows (text and videos) that appear when hovering over toolbar ribbon will not go away without exiting the program. They even remain momentairily on my desktop after the main program window has closed. windows block drawing view and cannot be moved or closed. Also, multiple windows of the same info open if I remain hovering over a specific tool.

Application menu (big R)->options->user interface->tooltip assistance->try different settings, see what happens.
Could be a graphic card. Try installing the latest driver.
