I am wondering if there is a way to save a 3D view with hidden lines and ambient shadows for example, and only have a certain element of the view rendered in color. I design interior components and would like to render them into scenes, however I only want to highlight the component itself. Is there a way to achieve this?
Thanks!

If you want true rendered view, I don’t think it is possible without photoshop help, but you can achieve this on the sheet with the realistic/shaded view (furniture) imposed over the background in hidden line mode.
