I have a unique setup here.

My problem occurs when I have a curtain wall mullion which is less wide than than the profile is tall. It will not join the adjacent Curtain Wall Mullion. Is there a way to get around this Revit Snafu? Why does it matter if the profile is longer, shorter, wider, etc than the profile when it arrives at a join condition? It just automatically creates this gap shown in the pictures.

I could not use Curtain Wall Panels because they will not join and display the correct condition due to the unique design of the panels and the purpose of this model which is outlined below.

I must sum the count of panels.

I must provide the weight of the GRC panels.

I have about 60,000 panels to quanitify, therefore doing a one off family, or corner condition is not ideal.

It must be able to Join conditions at corners to give an accurate 3D representation. This is why Idecided to try curtain wall mullions because they join automatically, or so i thought, when they run into eachother at corners.
