I have a renovation project that is qualifying for state historic tax credits. The state has control over what can be done to the building to keep it historically accurate, yet adapted for modern day use. Long story short, I need two demo plans. Some of the walls have been demolished by the owner to expose what is hiding on the historical brick walls, and communicate that to the state, prior to bidding from contractors.

The plan to the contractor needs to show demolition of the remaining walls after exploratory demo. The demo plan to the state needs to show all demo.

Everywhere I look others say never make a new phase for demo work because it’s actually an “action” of the new construction. I agree, that’s how I do all other projects and it works great.. However, there is no way around it. Even tried making a phase and calling it HTC demo and I could not get the phase filters to show right.Any help would be great! Revit 2015

You may have to use a view filter for this in a show all plan.  The prblem with view filters is there is nothing for phasing so you will have to add a project parameter that you can use as a filter ... probably want to assign it to all categories just incase and obviously - named appropriately.
