I know this topic was brought up in the past. and I believe the solution worked for windows xp.
now that we are in windows 7 and above I would like to know how to remove the time portion from the "date/time stamp" that in the titleblock?
revit 2015

not sure whats the issue
cant you just edit the titileblock and delete that specific label?
then create and choose another "DATE" parameter?

Don't use the Time stanp label for the label. Use the Sheet issue date. This is the "x/xx/xx" structure for a date i believe you are looking for. Hope it helps
