hi, i'm using Revit 2015 and what i'm trying to do is place the ℄ symble as the elevation indicator for spot elevations. we use this for fabrication. i have copied it to my clipboard and if i paste it in, i only get a rectangle in front of the elevation. if i paste it in twice, then i get 2 ℄℄. my only fix right now is to just have a CL in front of the dimension. it's not the best answer, but until i can get a better option, this will get me by. i hope that someone has found a way to do it, and can help me.

thank you

You are saying you paste it into your spot elevation type properties as a prefix, correct?   It is the correct font type - right?

in the spot elevation type properties, i pasted the symble in the Elevation indicator value box. that way it appears in front of the elevation text. i attached the screenshot to show you.

The 'Elevation Indicator' is a text string according to your HELP: "Elevation Indicator A text string you enter with the spot elevation. Can be displayed as a prefix or suffix."

The symbol is only under the graphics.

There may be a text style that has a CL as a text character.

When you do find a charset that has a CL as this one does, it will not show the correct character in the type propertise.  In this case, it showed a comma.
