So I have a designated place I pump PDf prints to when printing from Revit. I had a sub folder there that I deleted because I no longer needed it.  Now when I print and choose my destination folder revit creates this sub folder.  I have deleted the folder altogether and re created it and no dice. Any time I print PDF to this folder this sub folder regenerates.

Anyone have any ideas why?

Thanks

PDF creation depends on the driver you are using.   You did not tell us what that is.   Look there for the answer to your question.

I’m not sure if that’s going to help, but try it. Windows Start -> Devices and Printers -> right click on Adobe PDF -> Printing Preferences -> Adobe PDF Settings tab -> in Adobe PDF Output Folder make sure it says Prompt for Adobe PDF filename or browse for the destination folder of your choice. Hope it helps.
