Revit 2015

OK, I want to create a label or text that shows the scale of the drawing in my generic annotation.  This seems to be a basic idea but I can't figure it out!!!

I just want the thing to indicate what scale the drawing is drawn at.  Seems so basic!

Scale can be indicated by the view title but not by an annotation inside the view.
