I am trying to add data rows to a new Schedule that is intended to be used a Demolition Note set. Rows/Insert is grayed out and I am unable to add a row. Please help!

Schedules are used to schedule model elements in the model.  You can do what you want using a schedule key but I personally don't like that process.
