Hello, hope this is the right forum for this question.

Downloaded the Pella Designer series window model from thier site. The model comes in fine but I can't adjust the number of mullions. The model has a 3 wide by 4 high pattern but I need to change it to 2 wide by 3 high. I can see the check boxes for various numbers of mullions in the properties box but they are grayed out.

Anyone know how to make the change in mullions on the pella windows?

The number of muttins is controlled by the type catalog.   Make sure you load the correct unit while in your model.

Type catalog?  The download has a type catalog with it, looks like a comma deliniated database with all the window sizes in it but nothing about the number of muttions. The property dialog box shows verticle muttions 1 - 5 as pick boxes but they are grayed out. 

How do I get to the pick boxes?

As I said ... it is all contolled by the type catalog for the Designer series.   Designer series is unequal sash and the width/height determines the number of muttins.   The 350 series has a quantity of muttins that you can control.

If you are trying to 'bastardize' the pella family, you can do that in the family but you better rename it so you don't confuse yourself later.
