I have a 200 mm thick wall with 15 mm finish on wither sides. I dont want to see finish lines in plan but I need the finish surface in elevation. Somebody help plzzzz.

Just make your wall 230mm thick and have the surface pattern be whatever your finish pattern is.  You could also set your detail level to course.
