Per this post, I don't even know how to ask the right question because I am not even sure what this is called.
But basically, how do I make the box that pops up when you enter the project address? I made a parameter that I want to be multiple lines of text and this seems to be the only way to do it. So how are those created?

You don't make that box, this is all hard coded in the program.
I've not seen any solutions to multi-line parameters short of multi-parameters....Line 1, Line 2, Line 3
rkitect had a solution a few years ago where hitting a ctrl or alt combo would give a return in a field but it only worked in some fields.
