Hey,
I have started working in Revit and I have a project where I need to create a pre-engineered metal building so we can do our interior design work within that building but still show how the building works in section with all of the purlins and other structrual elements. I have been trying to get the wall purlins into my drawing and I just can't seem to figure it out. My building is over 50' high and I need to space my wall purlins 7'-4" O.C up the wall. I can't seem to figure out what view to draw it in or anything. Please help I've been looking for videos on how to do this and I can't seem to find anything.
Thank you in advance!

You start your first purlin in plan cut a ssection across it rotate and raise purlin to level then copy up your spacing.
I recomend doing reference lines some structural elements also want you to input your heights for each end.
once you do one side you can mirror on the center.
Hope This helps, I can draw it( model it) faster than explain it.
