Hi, I am from a firm that deals alot with kicthen equipment and we are having a problem having the rough-in hights for the plumbing and electrical. Now we can get the rough-ins in the modle with no trouble. However, we can not get them to show up properly or at all in the schedules. Any ideas, sulutions?

In order to schedule family parameters, they must be a shared parameter and the shared parameter used in all families must be the same (NOT JUST NAME). Open your fanmilies and see if these are correct in the family.
