I need to crop an existing plan drawing in a sheet view, as shown in this video. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=smMap86YZUY

However the box that says 'Size Crop' appears to be missing. There is no other option where I can crop region. When I press the plan view it only lets me activate the view.

If there is no crop options then you are looking at a drafting view.  Only model views can be cropped.
