Hi there,
At work myself and my boss were discussing how we both cannot connect to revit city via our laptops at home but we can both access the website with our work PC's. Is revity city having any server side issues lately or is it something on my end on my laptop or network?

Were you able to connect at home before? Read the FAQ from the Home page "I Can't log-on." That may solve your problem.
In addition, we are having a problem here with our systems. A couple of months back, we were under a Denial of Service attack and the site operators installed some safeguards against that. The problem is that this system is too aggressive and seems to be blocking IP's that it should not block. They are working on this problem but it has not been fixed.

Yes I have been able to connect before. It's not a logging in issue, I can't even get on the homepage. I will get my housemate to check if he can access it from his computer later on.
