again - not specific.   You ask for object but do you mean project?

 

There is really is no maximum file size.  I have read about 300 meg projects and I know we had ones in the 200's not counting links and that was back in 2008 when we had a 3 gig limit.   How you manage the project is more important than project size.   Here is a discussion of that:
