It seems you can add rentable schemes but not gross area schemes which is painful for doing phased work.
a workaround i have used is to schedule the plate height of the level but its not ideal. Seems it would be a pretty simple fix?
It wont allow an assignment of Gross Building area or sensible selection of walls. Seems to allow exterior area selection if you add a scheme though... is there a way to we program the way Revit does this?

You can create as many schemes as you want. And they do not have to be automatic sketches, you can sketch your own shapes.

Here is a gross area plan with three different boundaries and areas all made from the same plan. First the existing - then moved / detached, then the existing plus new - moved / detached, then just a funky sketch.
