Hi,

I have some open to below spaces on my floor plan 1. I have set underlay none, view range associated level (offset 0') for bottom and view depth. And still I can see the stuff that's below on the opening. I don't know were else to modify settings..

You would need to tell us more.   What is "... I can see the stuff that's below on the opening..."?  Images - descriptions will help.

 

If you have any non-cuttable objects that are cut by the view plane, then those items will show completely.   Search cuttable in your HELP.

I have a stair from Level cellar to level 1. On level 1 i want the stair to be cut, not showing full.

That's not going to happen - sorry.   This has always been a problem in Revit with one story stairs from the level below.
