Does anyone have an idea of what the symbol to the right of the KING room tag is in the attached pic? Thanks

This isn't a Revit question but to answer it anyway...No. Is there a legend where the symbols are located that shows this?

I am pretty sure it's a Revit-produced plan.

Do you have the Revit file? we can't tell just by looking at it what it is, this is not a normal symbol

Hearing impaired room. Usually different than a Handicapped Room. It will have strobes for doorbell / alarms.
