Hey there.
Currently using Revit 2015 on Windows 7.
Is there a way to modify the "room separation" properties of a wall so that when you apply a colour schedule finish by rooms, the colour doesn't show up in the wall cut ? (see attached photos)
Thanks in advance.

Change visual style to 'hidden line', or if you're in the hidden line mode already, change color scheme location to background in view properties.
