I woudl like to lighten the shadow greyness and make it also more transparent on my exterior elevations. How do I adjust the setting? Thank you in advance.

Thank you, it worked. Also is there a way of highlighting the silhouttes of walls in front to be darker than walls behind?

Linework tool or over-ride graphics in view by element.
I typically pick the furthur back elements and over-ride graphics in view making them all halftone.
