I have a roof in Revit 2014 that all of a sudden has shape handles.  The roof was made by footprint.  I am not sure where or how the shape handles came about, but now I want to get rid of them.  There is a small section of the surface that was moved creating a line down the roof that is unwanted.  Any ideas how to get rid of the shape handles without recreating the roof?

Roof by footprint will have shape handles to it on all of the "ridge" lines, you cant get rid of them.  Without seeing your roof outline I don't know where that line your talking about is coming from.

there are no over lapping roofs just a few roofs that are joined.  at that level though that is the only roof.  I was able to get rid of the extra shape handle that was creating the unwanted line by redrawing part of the sketch.
