I am new to RevitI I was playing around with the metric door template and have messed it up, when I go to the front elevation the word width is not at the top and when select with on the dropdown I get a constraints warning which I cant get past.
Is there a way of resetting this template or other suggestions please?

You can try to restore the file to a previous date. Or reinstall revit. This should be a lesson learned to do a save as if youre not sure what your doing.
