Hey all,

Im new to Revit switching from CAD and need some help/guidence on how to create a custom note block that is similar to the image below. Only the text within the green boxes will need to be changed/able to edit on every sheet all the other text (yellow) can be permanent.

Why not just create it and duplicate it for other views.  It could be legends or detail views.  No reason to make anything parametric here.
