i have a retail project with 7 tenants...2 of those share an existing building, but the slabs heights are complicated in how they intersect. ever since i edited the slabs and added a few interior walls, my room tags do not recognize room constraints (they are not enclosed). i have checked every wall, door, and window to make sure everything is attached and joined, but it still is giving me a "Not Enclosed" for the area.
am i missing something? or should i redraw the slabs and hope that helps?

Slabs will not effect room bounding. Walls and room separations lines are the only objects effecting this. Check you settings-->Area Settings... To see what height your room areas are being calculated above ground level and adjust if necessary.
Make sure you don't have overlapping lines and walls.
As a last resort try dissecting the spaces with room separation lines and placing room tags in the individual bits. This way you can narrow down your search as to where the room is breaking...
