Has anyone created a tag for room elevations that has a leader simular to the room name tag?

using 2015 Revit Architecture

Just move the callout without moving the elevations then add an annotative line.

Thanks for your time. . .  I thought by now Revit would have added this to the elevation tag simular to the room tag 

Oh well. Maybe some day.

I needed to have the leader extend past the crop box of the view, the only way to do this was to draw on the sheet over the top of the sheeted view. That was too weak. I made an annotation symbol that has an instance based dot that can be sized, and a leader line that can act like other leaders in tags. It works beyond the crop box limit as long as its inside the annotation crop box limit. 

I've uploaded it "Dot w Leader.rfa"
