Want to make an arched top window. No matter what I do I cant get the arch part to associate with a top reference plane. so flexing the model never pulls the arch along with it. can anyone send me a link or tell me how to get the extrusions etc to lock to it?

Take a look at this tutorial. Roughly half way through the tutorial Paul shows how to constrain the arc. You can use this principal to build your window.
