I have a project where I have to create a dwarf wall conservatory, however the angled walls are causing an issue as the walls of the ajoining angled walls are overlapping the door and I'm not sure how to fix it. I've attached a picture to show it. I've tried spliting the walls so I can shorten them but it's not working. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Is that curtain wall setup to automatically cut?

In the plan view, try wall joins tool – miter.

should have a base wall along this side just like the other ones (even if it will all be cut).

Thank you, that worked, I'm now having issues with the sloped glazing, I need the mullions to intersect at one point at the top, however they are stopping short, anu clue how to fix this?

Will not work with normal CW.   Use a perimeter only CW and use model in place for the other mullions.
